The serial number on your cart can help you determine the manufacturing year. The serial number of each vehicle is located on the chassis frame, behind the front wheel of the driver side. The letters of the serial number indicate the manufacturing year of the vehicle. For further information, contact your local authorized EDACAR dealer.

Do golf carts have VIN numbers?
The VIN number, known as Vehicle Identification Number, is only used for LSV (Low speed vehicle), VIN number plate is located on the chassis frame, behind the front wheel of the driver side, normally under the serial number plate.

Yes. Any authorized EDACAR dealer is qualified to perform warranty work on your cart. The dealer who originally sold you the cart is primarily responsible for any warranty service. Should you choose to have warranty services performed by a different authorized dealer, be aware that this dealer might charge for labor. Having warranty work done by a dealer not authorized by EDACAR could potentially void your warranty.
